S View Point Terrace 1, 2, 3, & 4.

31 lots – 5.1 acres. Just Sold!

Evan Zener contacted me in November 2020, inquiring about a site I had been developing and having difficulty selling for some time – SW View Point Terrace 1, 2, 3 & 4. The property consisted mainly of 3 subdivisions with 31 buildable lots – a total of 5.1 acres acres off S Corbett Ave, 5 minutes dive from downtown.

Both Evan’s digital marketing knowledge and positive attitude stood out to me. He seemed honest, high-energy (responsive), and had a lot of good ideas on how to sell my property. We soon began working together and my impressions were confirmed.

The amount of time and energy Evan dedicated toward the project, from day one to closing, was significant. His photos and material were professional and high quality. In 11 months Evan found multiple parties who brought offers, and even though a few fell through, his persistence paid off when a buyer closed on the property in late October 2021.

The property itself was very complex being on steep terrain with multiple permits being processed through the City of Portland and dealing with COVID. We were moving fast to find a buyer in the correct selling/building window needed, and working around the pandemic had its own unique set of difficulties. On a few occasions, I had constructive criticism for Evan. He was always willing to hear me out and address them which I appreciated. We all learned a lot on this one!

Two Lots in Downtown Manzanita OR. One lot in SW Portland.

Evan sold 3 commercial lots for my family.

On and off for several years, my family and I had been trying to sell three lots of land we own; two very special & coveted parcels in downtown Manzanita OR and one in SW Portland. In that time, we worked with different realtors but never received an offer we felt was acceptable, so our efforts continued.

Evan and I’s paths crossed sometime in early 2019. I had him come to my office to discuss the Manzanita property, and before I knew it he was off to the races working on it.

For around the next year and a half, Evan worked hard marketing those parcels. If we had lowered the price, I’m sure he could have sold them sooner, but instead, we held strong and his energy never wavered. Through a bit of trial and error, Evan sold the Manzanita lots for right around the price we had set out to, totaling just under 2 million dollars. During this time we listed another parcel in SW Portland with Evan that he sold very successfully also.

Thank you for all the hard work, Evan. I’ll have to find more lots for us to sell together!

Iconic Portland Home – Mixed Use Building. + 2 lots in Bend OR. Sold.

I’ve been working with Evan for a few years now, and he’s helped me sell three properties; an old mixed-use Victorian Home in Northwest Portland and two lots of land in Bend, OR. I live out of state and had been trying to sell them on my own.

First, I had Evan list my two lots of land in Bend OR. He was quick to act. He met with a Deschutes County Land Use Planner and started gathering marketing material immediately. Evan quickly sold those parcels and did a great job, so I let him list our Victorian home on NW Everett St.

It took Evan a few more months to sell the Victorian home than the two lots of land in Bend, but he got it done and in good time. The house was vacant with furniture left behind. I met Evan on location once to go over the property in person. After which point he worked the listing till he found a buyer who made a more than an acceptable offer, and we closed.

Evan proved to be a hard-working and effective realtor. He even helped our family personally remove some last pieces of furniture closing weekend.

Thank you, Evan.
