Case Study: Our clients in San Juan often travel past Isla Verde or visit it for a number of reasons. One such person one day decided to move lock, stock, and barrel to make her dream a reality. This meant she had to rent out or sell her condo in the big city and buy or rent in Isla Verde at the same time – a tall order.
