For the last 6 months, I’ve been building a database of off-market lots of land and rental properties that are owned by individuals who are willing to sell, to present to builders and investors. This project has evolved and the properties I’m looking to add to my list are more specific; feasible larger land developments, and rental properties with an upside. If interested, I can look through my current database and put together a list of properties that closest match what you’re looking for.

I have tons of online marketing experience, I’m very tech-savvy, and have cold-called for about every listing I’ve ever gotten. Together these skills have applied wonderfully toward finding great off-market properties for builders/investors and putting them into contract.

Off-Market Land + Invetstment Property Database

Closed View Point Terrace

You may remember my previous email promoting View Point Terrace 1, 2, 3 & 4, a 35 lot subdivision 5 min from downtown  Portland off of S Corbett St. Through this email tactic, I brought several interested parties to the table and closed on the property a few weeks ago. That property had been marketed exhaustively by other realtors for several years on the RMLS, and I had it listed on every online marketing platform, including Loopnet for around 6 months with no real promising activity. The only real activity was through my own marketing ideas and efforts.
