I’ve been building a database of off-market lots of land that are owned by individuals who are willing to sell, to present to builders and investors who are looking to purchase such properties. If you are interested, first we can review my current listing, and then I can search through my database to find land that matches what you’re looking for.

If you are a highly motivated buyer and we can come to an agreement, I can search for you specifically. I have tons of online marketing experience. I’m incredibly tech-savvy, and have cold-called for about every listing I’ve ever gotten. Together these skills have applied wonderfully toward finding great off-market opportunites for builders/investors and putting them into contract.

Off-Market Land Database

Here is a short video I filmed explaining a project I’ve been working on, my Off-Market Land Database. This project has since greatly evolved  to the point that it is almost a completely different project. I am still building the database, and throughout all of Oregon, but by finding development parcels on city zoning maps and not throuogh expired listings. New video coming soon!

You may remember an email I sent promoting View Point Terrace 1, 2, 3 & 4, a 35 lot subdivision 5 min from downtown  Portland off of S Corbett St. Through my Land Buyer Mass Email tactic, I brought several interested parties to the table and closed on the property on 2021-10-21. That property had been marketed exhaustively by other realtors for several years on the RMLS. I had it listed on every online marketing platform, including Loopnet for around 6 months with no real promising activity. The only real activity was through my own marketing ideas and efforts.
