As a Real Estate agent, my primary focus is in selling land & certain commercial properties focusing heavily on content creation & online marketing. With years of experience in the home remodel and construction industry along with an extensive background in online marketing, web development & content creation, I understand a larger scope of properties, and how to most effectively market them. Every property is a different marketing problem to solve. That is my strong suit.

 

I believe in both passive (online) and Active lead generating for potential buyers, which is another large part of my marketing strategy. I reach out to local and national builders/investors, mainly through email and phone, in creative ways, to share information on each property. I then track responeses in a shared Google sheet folder which can be viewed in real time by the seller. Following up relentlessly with those who show interest.

In my job, I am easygoing, but with a great sense of urgency. I am honest, loyal, and am an effective negotiator. I fight for my clients.
