I mass email a large and growing group of active builders & investors my listings and off-market opportunities, which has been effective. I spend a significant amount of time talking to prospective buyers and take notes in a sharable Google Sheet that can be viewed by the seller in real-time.

In my job, I am easygoing but with a great sense of urgency. I am honest, loyal, and am an effective negotiator. I fight for my clients.

Properties are complex. Pictures on the ground can only tell someone so much. By adding such an in-depth all-encompassing perspective, it leaves less to the imagination.

I market commercial and single family home development sites on Loopnet, the largest commercial real estate search platform on the web.

Email Market to Active Builders + Investors

I email-market a large and growing group of active builders and investors through Mail Merge. This has been a very effective marketing method.

First, I built a list of local, regional and national builders to email market my listings too. I will continue to refine and expand on that list so that I can most effectively sell my clients’ properties. It was that project that let to this.

Off-Market Land Database

I’ve been building a database of off-market developable lots of land that are owned by individuals willing to sell.
